Design comes first: research, inspiration, drawing by hand. Dozens of sketches before the first plan; the architect searches, draws, surprises, and the client is accompanied at every step. No design is ever repeated.
Designing always begins with listening. The client's story first: how they live, what they need, what they have not yet found the words for. Then the land: its light, its slope, its trees, its constraint. From this listening a vision is born, and a project that has never existed and will never exist twice.
The architect's role here is that of a conductor: organising needs around a vision, tuning them to a place, and coordinating the teams that give the idea its body.
Then comes the technical work, and it serves the concept: regulations, construction drawings, structural calculations, coordination of engineering consultants. Nothing is left to improvisation, architects and engineers work in the service of one project.
On the ground, we direct contractors, artisans and consultants, in three languages, from the first stake to the final styling. A millimetre-precise accompaniment, rare here, and precious.
